All prices listed on bhaktimitra.shop are in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable goods and services taxes (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices or promotional discounts at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms
We accept online payments via RBI-authorized payment aggregator PayU (supporting UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, RuPay/Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and Net Banking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Devotional Products & Authenticity
Our products (including the Shri Hanuman Chalisa Pocket Card and sacred devotional pendants) are curated spiritual keepsakes. Product dimensions, materials, and chaupai details are described accurately. Slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur due to photography lighting or production batches.

6. Limitation of Liability
Bhakti Mitra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier delays, improper use, or third-party handling beyond our reasonable control.
